A publishing company born from powerful family memories
Yehuda Aboujedid founded YehudaCrea in 2019, initially as a platform to share his graphic designs. Very quickly, however, the site evolved into much more than just a showcase for the young graphic artist's work; it became a publishing house for books aimed at children, teenagers, and adults alike. The loss of his grandfather inspired Yehuda Aboujedid to tell The Story of Fox&Fox, a family tale that marked the beginning of his publishing journey. When we were children, our grandfather would tell us a story he called "Fox&Fox." I decided to rework it into the story of a little boy who befriends a fox. But each cousin, brother, and sister would hear a different version—no two were ever the same, Yehuda recalls. To preserve this cherished family memory, he wrote and illustrated The Story of Fox&Fox, launching YehudaCrea’s first collection of children's books.
Books to Foster Critical Thinking and a Love for Reading
Each work by Yehuda Aboujedid is designed to encourage young readers to develop their critical thinking skills and cultivate a love for reading from an early age. Through endearing characters and stories rich in lessons, the author explores universal themes such as acceptance of differences, perseverance, and the importance of following one’s dreams. The goal is to provide children with tools to reflect on the world around them while making reading both accessible and enjoyable. By offering both print and digital versions in French and English, YehudaCrea ensures that its works are available to a broad audience.
An International and Creative Publishing House
YehudaCrea continues to diversify: Yehuda Aboujedid is currently working on a thrilling novel for adults that will intertwine family secrets, betrayals, and revenge in a contemporary setting. Additionally, the publishing house plans to release cookbooks from around the world and collaborate with other authors, whether they are emerging talents or already published. Currently operating 100% online, YehudaCrea aims to create pop-up shops in France and internationally and to adapt its children’s books into animated series, comics, or other formats. Each new creation is part of a mission of sharing and discovery, aimed at enriching the literary universe of YehudaCrea and reaching an ever-wider audience.
